“AL RIFFA”was the last one for Hapag-Lloyd's EGCS turnkey series project for 9 13000TEU container vessels, which was successfully delivered on Sept 20th, 2022, drawing a satisfactory full stop for Hapag-Lloyd A13 EGCS retrofit project.

For this series of EGCS retrofit projects, Greentec provided turnkey package services ranging from 3D scanning, engineering design and material procurement to project management etc. During the past two years, Greente team pulled together with full passion and excellent skills to make sure the whole series project was successfully delivered with strict standard, good quality and high efficiency, winning not only good recognition from the shipyard and related partners but also high praise from the owner side.

During the SMM, Hapag-Lloyd and Greentec had an in-deepth discussion and exchange on the upgrade programme about green system retrofit in order to achieve climate targets, which established a good beginning for further cooperation between the two.
