Information

As the date when implementing IMO’s global sulphur limit of 0.5% is getting closer, it has impelled ship owners to use all necessary means to reduce sulfur oxide emissions. One of the important measures is to install an exhaust gas cleaning system.

In May of 2018, Greentec had successfully carried out 3D scanning for Scrubber Installation for two 58k bulk carriers, Bonita from UGLAND MARINE SERVICES AS at COSCO(Guangzhou) shipyard, and Cooper Island from PACIFIC BASIN SHIPPING HK LTD at Pipav, India. The engineering design for both the projects are ongoing as well.

It is well acknowledged that EGCS retrofitting is more complex than BWMS retrofitting, but Greentec always has great confidence of providing satisfactory services for owners with professional technical expertise, well experienced engineer team, high quality and lean project management.
