On Dec.11th, 2019, Greentec successfully signed turnkey contract with Grindrod Shipping for BWMS retrofit. Greentec is entrusted to provide turnkey service from 3D scanning, engineering design, material procurement, installation to project management for fleet of Grindrod Shipping from 2020.

Grindrod Shipping originated in South Africa with roots dating back to 1910. Its primary listing is on Nasdaq and secondary listing on JSE. Grindrod Shipping owns and operates diversified fleets of dry-bulk, liquid-bulk vessels and tankers across the globe.

At the signing ceremony, Mr Quentin Foyle, general manager of Grindrod Shipping, showed high recognition and appreciation for Greentec’s achievements in global BWMS and EGCS retrofit market.

As of Nov. 2019, Greentec has successfully obtained more than 400 BWMS and 120 EGCS retrofit projects, and has obtained good reputation and full trust from ship owners from all over the world.
